support. This gives you a 24/7 helpdesk designed for use by your
IT department and priced appropriately. Your IT department will
be notified anytime a threshold is surpassed or a problem occurs
on your network. However, your IT department will now have a single
place to go for questions involving many operating systems and applications.
Should the question still go unanswered, AME personnel will be
dispatched to repair the problem. All of this is covered under a
single, low annual fee. If the problem is a manufacturer problem,
AME will dispatch the proper service organization for systems covered
under a warranty.
Many small to medium size IT departments find this offering to
be more attractive than the basic N-Central Monitoring Service.
